Professional Career Coaching

Are you ready to transition to a new career, but still trying to decide what path is right for you? Carolina Career College offers professional career coaching services by onsite staff to all of our students!

We can help you identify an appropriate career path and outline milestones to hit along the way. We can even help you develop and enact a professional, goal-oriented action plan to aid you on a path to success.

We offer a one-on-one Initial Career Services Meeting to all students. This meeting will help you determine what you like to do, what you are good at doing and how those skills can translate to helping you find a new career path.

From there, we’ll help you identify ways to benefit from the training. These ideas can help you gain experience to improve your skills and aid you in your pursuit of a new or continued career. Being able to identify your skill set and strengths will enable you to have a greater grasp of your potential. In turn, this will allow you to better understand how to answer key questions at job interviews.

Our career coaching can:

  • Help you understand your values, skills, and aspirations.
  • Help you discover more about your professional identity to boost your confidence.
  • Support your professional development.
  • Pinpoint growth areas and recommend the need for professional training in those areas.
  • Develop a one-on-one relationship with you and become familiar with your background and your career goals and will work with you to help you achieve them.

Finding and utilizing a career coach can be a costly endeavor; yet here at Carolina Career College, we offer this service free of cost with each of our programs.

Professional career coaching is just one aspect of our Career Services program. As a Carolina Career College student, you are offered LIFETIME access to Career Services.
